Enrollment in classes and workshops at Aquila Glass School is designed
for those eighteen years of age or older. Classes are filled on a
first-come, first-served basis and most fill very quickly. In order to
ensure your participation, we recommend early registration. Your place
in a class is held with $25 down or what is published. We accept cash,
checks, Visa and MasterCard. A $30.00 fee will be charged for all
returned checks. Please register in person if you plan to pay for your
class in cash.
At the beginning of each class, you will be asked to complete a liability waiver;
only those who complete and sign the waiver may attend. You are not
eligible for a refund if you refuse to sign the waiver.

CANCELLATIONS
All classes have a minimum class size. In the unlikely event that a
class is cancelled for low-enrollment, participants receive a full
refund. If you cancel your registration in a class fifteen or more days
prior to the beginning of class you will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made fewer than 15 days prior will be refunded or
exchanged only if we are able to fill your space. In order to keep costs
down, there are no exceptions.
INCLEMENT WEATHER PLAN
Although it is rarely an issue in Portland, it is possible a winter
class could be delayed or cancelled for weather (ice storm, snow,
flooding). We will notify you by phone of any such change as soon as it
is made; please be sure we have your current phone number and email
address.
