Fun
with Frit

Class
Description
Frit,
Bullseye Frit, is nothing more than ground up sheet glass. Frit can give you
many different looks and textures. In this class, Rae will discuss and
demonstrate different ways to work with Transparent and Opalescent course
frit. You will be shown how to mix some of the colors together and decorate
your chosen piece or pieces. You will be able to choose from several
different mold shapes for either size glass you work with. You will also be
able to decide whether you want to slump your project(s) right side (face)
up or upside (face) down. Your choices for this class are 1-6x6 or 4-3x3’s.
Each
student will create a 6 x 6 plate, or 4 small 3 x 3 dishes. You decide which
side to slump, right side up, or upside down.
